The long-awaited sequel. It's a really awesome feeling getting to share this version with the world because this is how I've always heard this song in my head (yes, even back in the silly 2018 version).

A lot has changed in my life since I first wrote this song. Every day, I am closer and closer to the artist that freshman-year Miles envisioned he would be after he sang these words for the first time in 2018. But in that time, this song has changed so much and has grown with me.

I always tell people that I consider this the first song that made me realize I could pursue songwriting and try my hand at being an artist, so I hold this song close to my heart because none of what I have written since would be possible if it weren't for this little guy. Thank you for listening if you choose to.
